Matt Cifa is a highly skilled certified Project Management Professional with 15 years of professional experience managing large and complex projects and numerous single or multiple award IDIQ contracts, supporting business development efforts, consulting C-level business leaders and government clients, and working across all business functions. He has supported clients in the Department of Defense, Department of Labor, and Veterans Affairs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Business Leadership both from Virginia Tech as well as a Master’s Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
Tom Davis is an IT leadership specialist of 18 years who, during his nine years at the Shingo Institute, managed the Shingo Prize assessment process and led projects of numerous types. During his tenure at the Shingo Institute he participated in the examination of various organizations worldwide and was able to use that experience working outside of the Shingo Institute to help organizations prepare to challenge for the Shingo Prize or simply improve their processes. He earned a bachelor's degree at Idaho State University in Computer Information Systems and an MBA at Utah State University. Tom is a member of the Shingo Alumni and is Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt.

George Woodley is a Certified ASQ Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Lean Master Practitioner and Sensei. He has spent over 25 years in the disciplines of customer-focused root cause analysis, mentoring, and project management for Continuous Improvement teams. He has designed and implemented employee training programs for Lean and Six Sigma in both manufacturing and service organizations. Mr. Woodley possesses a Bachelor’s (Honours) Statistics, with a Minors in Computer Science from the University of Guelph. George is fluent in English, French and Hungarian. Mr. Woodley is our CEO's Coach and Mentor, and we are welcoming George back to the team, as he was a founding team member of the HKPO Team in 2006.
