NEW FACES AT HKPO

The team at HKPO has grown again with three exciting new additions, Michelle Casto, Jackson Steppe, and Eduardo Mantilla.
“I would never have believed a year ago that we would have been able to get so many talented people on board at HKPO,” said CEO Jennifer Ralston. “Our talent pool continues to grow by leaps and bounds.”

Mindful Leader Coach

Michelle Casto

Michelle Casto is a Mindful Leader Coach who brings Alignment Protocols to Business Strategy and Change Management. She has a 25-year background in the field of adult education, peak performance, and professional coaching. She excels at helping executives manage “power stress” so they can access clarity, vision, and empowerment – even when the organization is undergoing a major evolution.

JACKSON STEPPE
Cinematographer

Jackson Steppe

Jackson Steppe is an Emmy Award winning commercial director and cinematographer, specializing in visual marketing with a colorful and energetic imagery style. His previous clients include Red Bull, Nascar, Pepsi Co, Qualcomm, Google, Pfizer, Land Rover, Under Armour Make a Wish, ACE Hardware, Frontier CoOp, and McDonald’s.

EDUARDO MANTILLA
Instructional Systems Designer

Eduardo Mantilla

Hailing from Venezuela, Eduardo Mantilla is a multi-faceted and highly skilled Instructional Systems Designer with a background in industrial engineering and Lean Six Sigma. Eduardo led the communications campaign for the Entrepreneurs for the Future project in partnership with Microsoft. At HKPO, he designs engaging and interactive e-learning, which will be a key element of the Sensei On Demand program, coming in February 2021.

The entire team at HKPO welcomes these strong new additions and looks forward to working with them all.
